    I can notarize FS form 1522 for savings bond holders<\/strong> whose bonds are at value of $1,000 or more, prior to you sending the form via mail to the Treasury Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This includes notarizations for domestic partnership registrations <\/strong>in Washington and Multnomah counties, as well as 17-year-olds wanting a marriage license <\/strong>whose consenting Oregon-residing parent must sign a consent form <\/em>in front of a notary prior to a marriage license being issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
